How do I tune into the live stream on the day?
Click the Watch Live button located in the top banner. You must be logged in to your registered account to access the Watch Live page.
How do I submit a question to the speaker during a session?
Underneath the live stream window on the Watch Live page, there is a Questions section with an ASK A QUESTION button where you may submit any questions to the speaker during their presentation. Please be sure to select the applicable presentation name from the dropdown list prior to submitting your question, so we know which presentation your question refers to.
Please do not use the Chat function to ask a question. As the chat tends to move very quickly, we recommend using it to engage with your fellow team members rather than directing questions to our guests!
Will I need to download specific software or an App?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser. If you typically use another browser such as Microsoft Edge or Safari, we highly recommend that you download Google Chrome prior to the event.
What device should I use to watch?
We strongly advise that you participate via your desktop or laptop computer/mac that has good speakers.
Mobile devices are supported but the best experience will be through the desktop or laptop computer/mac.
